Warning messages
When a warning message appears in
the display, the driver must
acknowledge it by pressing the
SET/RESET button. Once the
SET/RESET button has been pressed,
the display will return to the one
previously shown.
If further warning messages appear,
they must also be acknowledged by
pressing the SET/RESET button.
Once acknowledged, the warning
message(s) will appear in the Main
Menu in the position shown in the
diagram on page 18 until the problem
has been solved. When scrolling
through the Main Menu, the warning
messages will appear one after the other
for approximately two seconds each
and not have to be acknowledged with
theSET/RESET button.
Some warning messages are
supplemented by a warning light next
to the display which illuminates red or
amber depending on the severity of the
problem.
Warning messages are supplemented
by an amber warning light.
Danger messages are supplemented by
a red warning light.
If a danger/warning message
accompanied by one of these lights is
present, the warning light will remain
illuminated.
