Check the pellet loading (see "Easy Setup"); if the problem persists, contact a
qualified technician
Check the hermetic closure of the door.
Check the hermetic closure of the ash drawer.
Make sure that the fumes duct, the primary air duct sensor and the combustion
chamber are clean.
Check for the presence of pellets inside the hopper.
Adjust the pellet flow (see "Easy Setup").
Check the procedures described in the chapter "Ignition".
Check the bulb thermostats (see the chapter "Reset")
Turn the stove OFF by pressing key 1 and repeat the procedures described in the
chapter "Ignition".
