Pull up the wash tray. And then loosen the setscrews for
wash fluid pipe of rinse port to detach.

Loosen the hexagon socket head cap screw of the injection
valve using a hexagon wrench (2mm) to detach the injection
valve pod.

Attach a new injection valve pod and fasten the hexagon
socket head cap screw firmly using a hexagon wrench (2mm).

Connect the wash fluid pipe to the bottom of rinse port. And
then attach the wash tray to the same position. (Refer to 5.2.8
Cleaning and Positioning the Rinse port)

After replacing an injection port seal and o-ring, attach an
injection port to the injection valve. (Refer to 5.3.4 Replacing
Injection Port Seals)
(10) Attach the Drain pipe and connect the setscrew to the same
position.
(11) Attach the lid of wash tray.
(12) In the reverse order of removal, connect the tubes to the
injection valve.
Port 1: Tube from pump
Port 2: Tube to column
Port 3: Sample loop
Port 4: injection port
Port 5: IV-IV2 tube
Port 6: Sample loop
(13) Start flowing of the pump.
(14) Start maintenance software and then click Maintenance –
Autosampler tab - Wash for Needle Wash to wash the flow
path of the injection valve (wash fluid1, 60 sec.). And check
that there are no liquid leaks.
NOTES: 1. While the inside of the valve is dry, avoid moving the
valve. Otherwise, the valve inside will be damaged.
2. This injection valve cannot be replaced the rotor seal
and the stator respectively. Please do not take apart an
injection valve pod.
