When the plunger of the syringe moves
upward, press the plastic syringe with your
finger to exert proper pressure onto the
inside of the cell for a moment and then
release it immediately.

NOTES: 1. If it is difficult to eliminate air bubbles from the
syringe, disconnect the syringe once (for details,
refer to 5.3.6 Replacing Syringes). With 2-propanol,
wash the inside of the syringe, and then try to
eliminate air bubbles.
2. When filling the syringe with a liquid, take care not to
forcedly press the tip (precision part) of the plunger
against the top wall of the syringe. Otherwise, the tip
may deform to cause a reduction in service life or a
breakage of the syringe.
