12.17 CHANGING THE WHEEL
106
Change the wheels on a level, firm
surface.
1. Turn the wheel so that the tighten-
ing nuts are accessible from the
outside.
2. Stop the engine, remove the key
from the ignition.
3. Secure the machine against move-
ment.
4. Lift the mower and support it under
the cutter deck.
5. Ensure the machine is safe &
supported before working on it.
6. Loosen the wheel nuts, remove
the wheel.
7. After repairing it, attach the wheel
back in the reversed order.
Use suitable tools to unscrew the nuts.
12.18 TYRE PRESSURE
Keep the specified tyre pressure. Oth-
er values may unfavorably influence
the riding characteristics especially
on slopes. You may even lose control
of the machine.
Recommended and max. tire pressure
is 300 kPa / 3,0 bar / 43 PSI.
Exceeding a tyre pressure of over
300 kPa (3 bar, 43 PSI) can damage
the disc. Never inflate the tires below
250 kPa (2.5 bar, 36 PSI).
12.19 MOWING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
Keep the moving parts of the slide way clean, undamaged and without an
excessive clearance. Maintain according to the table in chapter 12.1 Mower
Maintenance Plan.
12.20 LUBRICATION
Use adequate amount of lubricant on parts, which are to be lubricated. Excessive
lubricant tends to drop down and pollute both the machine and the environ-
ment. Insufficient amount requires frequent lubrications.
Chain Spray Lubricant:
INTERFLON FIN LUBE TF
Lubricating grease:
Mobilgrease XHP 222
