2.8 Digital Input / Output Wiring

This section describes in detail about the digital inputs, digital outputs and the pulse outputs via the
case connector option.

The following image illustrates the I/O board of ERX350.
2.8.1 Digital Inputs
Digital Inputs are limited to three (3) Alarm triggering inputs DI1 – DI3. These inputs can be configured to
trip an Alarm condition based on a closed or open switch input scenario. All three Digital Inputs are
disabled by default. These Digital Inputs are located at the TB2 and TB3 terminal block connectors on the
ERX350 IO Board.
When a Digital Alarm is enabled – the associated Alarm Item will set if the matching input state is
detected at the input connection.
