1. Unscrew the cap 10 from the valve bonnet

2. Loosen the lock nut 7.
3. Loosen the set screw 8 until the
compression spring 6 is released.
4. Loosen the hexagon socket screws 11 with
nuts and protective caps.
5. Remove the valve bonnet 2.
6. Remove the diaphragm 3.
7. Clean the valve if it is heavily soiled.
8. Remove the compressor 5.
9. Remove the compression spring 6.
10. Remove the spring compressor 12.
11. Remove the spring washer 13.
12. Unscrew the set screw 8.
Reassembly is the same procedure in

reverse.

Disassembly is performed observing
the same precautionary measures as for

installation.

Returns

Clean the valve.

Request a return delivery note from
G
GEMÜ.
Returns must be made with a completed
G
return delivery note.
If not completed, GEMÜ cannot process
credits or
repair work
but will dispose of the goods at the
operator's expense.
Note for returns:
Legal regulations for the protection
of the environment and personnel
require that the completed and
signed return delivery note
is included with the dispatch
documents. Returned goods can
be processed only when this note
is completed.
