The App

The lock can be managed with the K3 Connect App by any Bluetooth compatible smartphone.
The App is available on: Apple App Store for Apple devices or Google Play™ for Android™ devices by
searching for K3 Connect.
1. Install the K3 Connect App on your device.
2. Once installed, open K3 Connect and select Create Account.
3. The account creation process includes email confirmation. Once the account has been created,
sign-in to the App.
4. To add a new lock, touch the + icon on the Locks screen.
5. Enter the lock DIN and enter a name for your lock (we recommend that you choose a meaningful
name). For this lock range the DIN is: CL5510.
Note: The lock DIN is case-sensitive. DIN to be used for all CL5500 variants i.e.
CL5510, CL5520, CL5500PK etc
6. In the App, touch the tick and then immediately, on the lock, enter the following Program:
#Master Code • 00 • 1
Example: #12345678 • 00 • 1
Note: If you have changed your Master Code, substitute the code used in the example
with your own code.
7. The lock will now pair with your phone.

Factory Reset

The lock can be reset to its original factory settings. You may need to do this if the Master Code is no longer
known or you no longer have management access via a smartphone.
To reset the lock, you must have access to the battery compartment in the rear of the lock.
1. Remove a battery.
2. Press and hold the 0 button.
3. Replace the battery whilst continuing to hold the 0 button.
4. After the double beep, release the 0 button.
