Air damper
1.
Disconnect the main power and shut off the fuel supply.

Before obtaining access to electrical and fuel line components
all supply circuits must be disconnected.

Remove cover (A), disconnect ignition and ionization cables and
control arm (B) from nozzle assembly.
3.
Loosen nut (C) and pull out the fan housing on the guides.
4.
Remove the intake grille (E) to the air intake.
Loosen screws (F) holding the damper motor fixing plate and lift the

damper motor out.
6.
Clean the air damper and air intake, lubricate the damper shaft if
necessary.
Refit the damper motor and mounting plate, ensuring that the
7.
damper shaft and control arm are correctly connected.
8.
Fit the intake grille.
9.
Press the burner together and lock with nut (C).
10.
Switch on the main power and open the fuel supply.
11.
Start burner and check/adjust combustion.
