Mounting
Mount the burner to the boiler using 4 bolts (if new fi xing holes need to be
drilled, use the fi xing fl ange as a template).
Separate the fi xing fl ange from the fan housing as follows:
1.
Remove cover of fan housing (A), disconnect ignition and ionizing
cables and the control arm (B) from nozzle assembly.
2.
Disconnect the electrical cable to the gas valve.
3.
Loosen nuts on both sides of the fi xing fl ange.
4.
Loosen end stop (C) for guides.
5.
Pull the fi xing fl ange with fl ame tube, nozzle assembly and gas fi tting
out of the fan housing.
6.
Check that the ignition electrodes are correctly set, see chapter Gas
nozzle.
7.
Fit the enclosed gasket to the fl ame tube.
8.
Screw the fi xing fl ange and the enclosed gasket onto the boiler, lift
the fan housing onto the guides and mount in reverse order.
9.
Connect the gas line, connect the supply cable, operating and safety
circuits.

Before obtaining access to electrical and fuel line components
all supply circuits must be disconnected.
