BATCHFLUX 3200 C
2.1 Device description
The electromagnetic flowmeter BATCHFLUX 3200 C is designed exclusively for measuring the
volumetric flowrate of electrically conductive non-flammable liquids. The typical installation is
within the cabinet of an Ad Blue filling station. The equipment consists of a measuring tube with
the process connections, an inner plastic housing where the complete electronic is placed and
an outer stainless steel cover housing for protection purpose. The inner plastic housing with the
electronics and the magnetic coils included is completely encapsulated. The electrical
connections are made via a permanently connected cable.
The installation is within a Zone 1 classified hazardous area, considering a non-hazardous area
within the measuring tube. The equipment is powered with 24 VDC, a RS485 interface is provided
for communication with a control unit.
2.2 Marking
The marking of the entire device is clearly visible on the stainless steel housing.
