O P E R A T I O N
The ADJ Ikon IR is a rotating gobo projector. This fixture is designed for mobile DJ's, clubs, bands,
roller rinks and any arena that requires a compact, light weight, easy to use unit. This fixture is also
suitable for theaters, studios, retail stores, and other similar locations.
Power Supply: This device features an automatic voltage switch, which will automatically sense the
voltage when it is plugged into the power source. With this switch there is no need to worry about the
correct power voltage, and this unit can be plugged in almost anywhere.
Operation:
This device is designed to operate as a stand alone, rotating gobo projector, and does not require
a DMX controller for operation.
This device has been carefully tested, and no assembly is required.
This device is ready for use right out of the box, and will project the included gobo as soon as it is
plugged in.
Use the bottom knob located at the back of the unit to control the gobo rotation speed and rotation
direction.
Use the top knob to control output intensity.
If the device fails to operate when plugged in, check the fuse. If the fuse has not popped, please
contact customer support for further instructions.
This fixture features a light weight case design and an adjustable hanging bracket.
G O B O R E P L A C E M E N T
The Ikon IR comes with a replaceable gobo. This gobo can be interchanged at any time, allowing the
user to easily customize the system.
To replace gobo, follow the directions below:
1. Unscrew the two screws located at the bottom that secure the gobo housing.
2. Remove the gobo housing.
3. Once the gobo housing has been removed, use needle nose pliers to remove the retaining ring
that holds the gobo in place.
4. Remove and replace the gobo with your desired replacement. Reinsert the retainer ring, and
make sure the ring rests firmly against the gobo.
5. Slide the gobo assembly back into place, and secure the housing with the two screws that were
removed in Step 1.
