Meaning
All programs have been cleared.

No program has been created.
You cannot add more than 99 tracks to the

Cannot communicate with the CD drive.

The file type is not supported or otherwise

The TOC or file system could not be read, or
focus adjustment was not possible.
The CD drive hardware is broken.
The track cannot be accessed.
