Trouble
No weld output; unit completely
inoperative.
No weld output; Power switch pilot light
on, fan On.
Low weld output with no control.
Limited output and low open-circuit
voltage.

Place line disconnect switch in On position (see Section 3-10).
Check and replace line fuse(s), if necessary, or reset circuit breaker (see Section 3-10).
Check for proper input power connections (see Section 3-10).
Check for proper jumper link position (see Section 3-9).
Check fuse F1, and replace if necessary (see Section 5-3)
If using remote control, place Output (Contactor) switch in Remote 14/17 position, and connect re-
mote control to proper remote receptacle (see Section 3-5 or 3-6). If remote is not being used, place
Output (Contactor) switch in On position.
Unit overheated. Allow unit to cool with fan On (see Section 4-2).
Check position of Amperage/Voltage Control switch (see Section 4-1).
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check control board PC1.
Check input power for correct voltage. Check and replace line fuse(s), if necessary, or reset circuit
breaker (see Section 3-10).
Check for proper jumper link position (see Section 3-9).
Check for proper input and output connections (see Sections 3-10 and 3-4).
With the hold function On, the meter
display stays for 15 seconds after
welding stops. With the hold func-
tion Off, the meter display leaves
when welding stops.

Reinstall top of case.
Remedy
source, disconnect input
power, and check voltage on
input capacitors according

proceeding.
