Software corrupt.

Engine is emergency stopped.
• Emergency stop switch in engine room is enabled.
EMSCutRelay
EMS Power Cut Relay.
• Electrical failure in Shutdown Module (SDM)
Fls Throttle In
Engine speed demand to system lacking
• Check Control Lever
FuelDelPress
Fuel pressure too low.
• Check fuel level.
• Check that the fuel filters are not blocked. Replace filters if necessary.
Refer to Engine Fuel Filter Replacement
• Check for fuel leakage.
DEFPumpBlk
The Urea return flush function does not work.
• Blocked AdBlue line or dosing unit.
DEFPurgValv
AdBlue revert valve.
• Electrical failure.
GearOilPres
Reverse gear oil pressure too low.
Critical system fault Engine shuts down automatically.
• Check the oil level. Refer to Reverse gear, ZF.
• Check that the oil strainer is not blocked. Refer to Reverse gear MGX.
Contact a Volvo Penta workshop if the fault remains.
