IMPORTANT SOP
• Remove clutch cover & magneto cover from crankcase assembly.
• Assemble piston assembly, piston pin & new circlips.
• Take out cloth.
• Assemble dowels (2 nos) & new cylinder block gasket.
• Ensure that no any foreign particles are fallen in crankcase bore.
• Assemble cylinder block & cover it with clean
lint free cotton cloth
Magneto side parts assembly
• Fit Gear drive starter.
