The BIOS setup screen opens as shown in

Configuring the memory mode from the BIOS
1.
Enter the BIOS setup utility.
2.
Access the IntelRCSetup > Memory Configuration > Memory RAS Configuration screen.
3.
Select a RAS mode and then press Enter.
By default, the RAS mode is Independent.
