Step 16: Installing the Charcoal Tray

Lifting System
Locate: Charcoal Tray Lift System Lift
Handle, (2) Short Hinge Pins and (2) "R"
Clips and (4)
M6X15 bolts .

Procedure:
Refer to Fig.16A.Using (4)
M6X15 bolts to
fix the Charcoal Tray Lifting System.
Refer to Figs. 16B and 16C and Slide the
Inside Cabinet
Lift Handle through the adjusting slot and
through the hole of the inside plate. Align
the hole in the end of the Lift Handle with
Fig.16C
the holes in the "U" shaped bracket lo-
cated at the back of the Cabinet. Join the
Lift Handle and the "U" shaped Bracket by
inserting a Hinge pin as shown in Fig.
16D.

Then insert an "R" Clip through the hole in
Fig. 16D
the short Hinge Pin. Attach the Lift Handle
to the Lift System by inserting a Short
Hinge Pin through the "U" shaped Lift Arm
and the hole in the center of the Lift Han-
dle as shown in Fig. 16E.
