3. Wait for transition to warming-up phase:
When the splash screen disappears, the device is in the warming-up phase. The current
warm-up progress is indicated by a bar chart in the dialog window.
4. Call up the measured value display during the warm-up phase:
– Close the warming-up window by pressing <ENTER>.

When commissioning for the first time, two methods can be used. You can use the menu
"[1] Quick Start" to start the device with the simplified process or opt for the more detailed
procedure described below.
For information on the simplified procedure "Quick Start" refer to the section "Table A-2
References 1 - Operating Manuals LUI (Page 82)".
Make the necessary settings in the appropriate submenus.
Brief description of the detailed procedure
If you do not use the quick start procedure, commission the device with the steps described
below:
1. Call the main menu:
– Switch the measured-value display to selection mode.
– Press <Enter> again to open the main menu.
2. Identify the device: [3.09] Maintenance & Diagnostics > Identification
3. Specify the PIN for the user levels: [5.1] Security > Access management.
In the factory settings, the PIN 1111 is the default for the "Standard" user level and PIN 2222
for the "Expert" user level.
4. Disable automatic log-off temporarily:
The factory setting is a log-off time of 5 min. When this time elapses, changes that were not
stored retentively are lost. We recommend that you temporarily deactivate the automatic log-
off during commissioning.

The display shows the measured-value display in read mode.
For the duration of the warming-up phase, the device is in "Function check" mode. The
following symbol is displayed in the status bar:
