Drop Axle

The drop axle (A) raises the rear of chassis to match
the height change due to the leveling carriage. The
drop axle allows the rear axle to match the carriage's
range of motion.
Drop axle wings (B) are installed for additional
stability between the drop axle and the chassis.
Notice
Because of the increased rotation of the rear
axle it is necessary to space the rear wheels
out to avoid interference with shields. See the
Rear Axle Spacing Chart for more information.
