    GASGRILL AUFBAUEN Beachte: Die Anleitung zeigt schematisch den Aufbau anhand von Modell Big FRED und gilt für alle Modelle. FRED BIG FRED Achtung: Baue den Grill mit 2 Personen auf.     ERSTE INBETRIEBNAHME GRILL VORBEREITEN ACHTUNG: Zünde den Grill niemals bei geschlossenem Deckel. Bevor du auf dem Gasgrill das erste Mal grillst, solltest du unbedingt vorab mit einem feuchten Tuch über die Oberfläche des Deckels sowie die äußeren Teile der Brennkammer wischen. So verhinderst du, dass etwaige Rückstände aus der Produktion einbrennen können.

    VERWENDUNG DES WARMHALTEROSTS Um fertiges Grillgut warmzuhalten oder sanft zu Ende garen zu lassen, kannst du es auf dem Warmhalterost platzieren. GASGRILL AUSSCHALTEN 1.     PFLEGE VON GUSSROSTEN Bürste die Gusseisenroste nach dem Ausbrennen ab. In der Regel bedarf es keiner weiteren Pflege, es ist allerdings ratsam, sie nochmal nachzufetten. Sollte die Patina beschädigt sein und die Gusseisenroste anfangen zu rosten, kannst du die Roste gründlich reinigen, den Rost entfernen und die Gussroste einbrennen, wie in dieser Anleitung beschrieben.

    FIRST USE PREPARING THE GRILL WARNING: Never light the grill with the lid closed. Before you grill on the gas grill for the first time, you should definitely wipe the surface of the lid and the outer parts of the combustion chamber with a damp cloth. By doing so, you will prevent any residues left over from production from burning in.

When the grill has cooled down completely, also empty and clean the grease-drip tray and the grease-drain plate.

    MAINTENANCE OF STAINLESS STEEL GRIDS Stainless steel cooking grids do not need to be burned in. You can clean them with warm water, mild detergent and a sponge by hand or in the dishwasher. Stainless steel can discolour slightly when exposed to high heat. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality or your grilling result.
