Cable and housing routing – Dropper seatpost
With a AXS groupset or mechanical 1X groupset with the front light wire
exiting from the downtube hole:
1.
All cables must be routed above the battery.
2.
The dropper post housing will be above the BB once installed.
3.
The dropper post can be covered by a foam liner (SKU: 80811).
4.
Insert the housing into the headtube, over the battery and through the seat tube.
5.
Follow dropper seatpost manufacturer installation procedure.
IMPORTANT:
Only four cables can pass through the headset per headset
manufacturer recommendation.
The Subito is compatible with a dropper post in mechanical or Axs build.
however, the rear light will need to be removed or routed externaly from
the Front derailleur cable hole on the seattube.
With a mechanical 2X groupset:
1.
All cables must be routed above the battery.
2.
The dropper post housing will be above the BB once installed.
3.
The dropper post housing can be covered by a foam liner (SKU: 80811).
4.
Insert the housing into the hole on the side of the downtube, over the battery and
through the seat tube.
5.
Follow dropper seatpost manufacturer installation procedure.
