    Seat Post Collar Assembly Assemble the seat post collar (SKU: 80801) on the frame. Apply grease on the threads SP.SUBI.273A.LIGHT of the M5 x 22mm bolt. Apply carbon paste on the inside of the frame (seat tube). Insert the seat post (SKU: SP.KRYCS.273B) to the desired height.

    Seat Post Assembly The seat post is supplied 9.5Nm fully assembled. Unscrew both bolts slightly until the top clamp and the cradle 0.5-1Nm separated enough to insert the saddle rail. Do not unscrew the bolts completely. Apply grease on the threads 40Nm 12Nm of each bolt.

    Rear Derailleur Hanger Adjustment Assemble the rear derailleur hanger (SKU: 81235) on the frame with the two bolts (Flat head cap screw M3 x 8mm SKU: 81253). Tighten bolts to 2Nm. Do not apply grease on the threads. Use a rear derailleur hanger alignment gauge to align the rear derailleur hanger.

Insert the battery (SKU: 81218) through the hole under the 81218 bottom bracket. The three threaded mounting holes on the battery must face down.

    Cable and housing routing – Light Rear Front All cables must be routed above the battery. Connect the eBikemotion X35 Light Wire to the connector exiting the headtube. Guide the rear light end in the downtube and seat tube until it exits at the top of the seat tube. Install the female connector refering to a JWPF connector installation.

    Rear light installation Install the rear light above the hole on the seatpost. Tighten both M3x8mm screws to 2Nm. Guide the cable in the seatpost through the hole. 9.5Nm Attach the rear light, using the M3x8mm screw.
