Media gap correction

Correction value of [BI-DIR.DEFAULT] is applied to the hitting point of dot not only
in usual bi-direction, but also in a uni-direction.
The name is changed from [ADJUST BI-DIR] to [MEDIA GAP ADJ.] which means correcting
the gap between the print head and media.
Manual cleaning

By moving the print head by hand, user's operation is reduced.
WARNING
Use ESL5-CL as cleaning liquid.
Print head stops at the position of the photo above.
Therefore, users can perform the following operations
without moving to the operation panel side.
1. Remove cutting rail
2. Move the print head to the maintenance space
3. Print head cleaning
4. Move the print head on the bed by hand
5. Attach the cutting rail
