M-GAP DEFAULT (Service menu)

Correction value of [BI-DIR.DEFAULT] is applied to the hitting point of dot not only
in usual bi-direction, but also in a uni-direction.
The name has been changed from [BI-DIR.DEFAULT] to [M-GAP DEFAULT] which
means correcting the gap between the print head and media.

Misalignment tolerance is within 0.5 lines.
