3.2 Pumped liquids
Wastewater, not containing solid particles.
Liquid temperature: 35 °C.
For short periods up to 60 °C (max. 5 minutes per
hour).
The tank is resistant to weak acids with pH values of
4 to 10.
Do not discharge wastewater containing
fat into the tank.

4. Function
Wastewater from the connected units is discharged
into the lifting station. The pump starts and stops by
means of the level switch, depending on the liquid
level in tank.
The wastewater is pumped through the outlet pipe to
the main sewer line.
5. Installation of tank

The outlet pipe must be run above the backflow
level, that is the main sewer level, even though a
non-return valve is fitted in the pump outlet port.
The pipes from this point must be made with pipe
sizes of at least 40 mm nominal diameter (DN 40).

The tank height is variable, making it easy to
adjust the tank to floor level.

A level control unit, LC 231, and a sensor
package is required for the double-pump
installation to work.
