Lifting the pump Observe local regulations concerning limits for manual lifting or handling. Installing the product CAUTION Pressurised system Minor or moderate personal injury - Pay special attention to any escaping vapour when loosening the clamp. CAUTION Crushing of feet Minor or moderate personal injury - Do not drop the pump head when loosening the clamp. -

Fit and tighten the screw holding the clamp to 8 Nm ± 1 Nm. Do not apply more torque than specified even though water is dripping from the clamp. Make sure that the fuse is dimensioned according to the nameplate and local regulations. Connect all cables in accordance with local regulations. Make sure that all cables are heat-resistant up to 75 °C. Install all cables in accordance with EN 60204-1 and EN 50174-2:2000. Product introduction Do not pump aggressive liquids. -

Operating the product CAUTION Hot surface Minor or moderate personal injury - Only touch the control panel to avoid burns. Fault finding the product CAUTION Pressurised system Minor or moderate personal injury - Before dismantling the pump, drain the system or close the isolating valve on either side of the pump. - Page 10 WARNING Electric shock Death or serious personal injury - Switch off the power supply for at least 3 minutes before you start any work on the product. Lock the main switch in position 0. Type and requirements as specified in EN 60204-1, 5.3.2.
