100 HOUR LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE CHECKS

1. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL FILTERS - Change the fil-
ter elements after the initial 100 hours of operation
and again at 250 hours. The normal service interval
for these elements is 500 hours.
2. WHEEL MOTORS - Take oil samples every 100
hours for the first 1000 hours. After 1000 total hours,
oil samples must be taken every 250 hours.
3. AUTOMATIC LUBE SYSTEM - Perform the preventa-
tive maintenance inspection, as outlined in Automatic
Lubrication, Section 42, in this manual.
Complete the 10 and 50 hour lubrication and mainte-
nance checks.
