Loading Paper Roll

1. Open the top cover
   Push the cover-opening buttons on both sides, and open the top cover.
   
   
2. Remove the paper roll
   Remove the supplied paper roll and tear it apart along the edge.
   
   
3. Load the paper roll
   Load the paper roll to the paper compartment again and pull some extra paper. Please adjust the separator according to the paper width.
   
   
4. Close the top cover
   Close the top cover after loading paper. Please make sure both sides click into place.
   

Please purchase and use HPRT official thermal paper.

Power On

Power on Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.

To turn off the printer, also hold down the power buon for 3 seconds.

Printing from Windows PC

1. Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Download the driver program from HPRT website, and install it in the PC.
4. Add the printer to the PC and print the documents from the PC after establishing the connection.

Tip: Default page by page printing mode. Click the power button to continue printing after one page is printed. For continuous printing, go to the printer driver setting and set it to continuous printing mode.

Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone

1. Download App
   Scan the QR code below to download" Hiprint"App.
   
   
2. Connect the Printer
   1. Open App, click" +"in the top right corner, select MT series, Select" connect via 'system settings'",mobile phone bluetooth selec"t MT810-XXXX"(XXXX is last four digits of Bluetooth address),click and connect.
   2. Return" Hiprint"App, and click the device and connect.
3. Printing
   1. Open the document to be printed on the mobile phone and copy it to "Hiprint";(Or select document printing on the App home page).
   2. Set it in the print preview as required, and then click" Print".

Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.

Battery Charging

When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash (red light flashes quickly). Please use the matching USB cable to charge in time. If you continue printing, the printer may shut down automatically.

Precauons

1. The best operang temperature is 0℃~40℃, if the environmental temperature is too low or too high, the print quality may be affected.
2. Please do not use the unofficial adapter or paper roll to ensure the print quality.
3. During prinng, the area around the thermal print head is very hot. Do not touch it, as you could be burned.
4. Do not pull out the paper by force during prinng, or else it may damage the printer.
