NOTE: If the pilot needs to lose extra altitude or
speed by going around the holding pattern again,
press the OBS Key to manually suspend waypoint
sequencing before crossing the holding waypoint
the second time. If this waypoint has already
been passed, re-activate the holding pattern
using the steps described in Section 5.2.

Refer to Figure 6-32 for the following steps.
11) When approaching BODRY intersection, a
waypoint alert ('NEXT DTK 209°') appears in
the lower right corner of the screen (Figure
6-33).

12) At 2.0 nm from the FAF (DEPOY intersection),
the GNS 430 switches from terminal mode to
approach mode. CDI scaling is tightened from
1.0 to 0.3 nm, full scale deflection.
