About this task

Steps
1. Using the alignment posts, replace the volume control board into the slots on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2. Replace the two screws (M1.6x1.5) that secure the volume control board to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Connect the volume-control cable to the connector on the volume-control board and close the latch.
4. Connect the volume control cable to the connector on the system board.
