    Single Stream Millwatch / Silowatch General Description This User Guide gives instructions on how to install, operate and maintain the following instruments: • Millwatch / Silowatch (CO single stream, including High-CO) • Silowatch (CO + O single stream) Each instrument is an extractive gas analyser designed to monitor carbon monoxide (CO) levels in coal pulverizing mills, hoppers and storage silos.

    Single Stream Millwatch / Silowatch Installing the Antifreeze Line The antifreeze sample line provides trace heating to prevent moisture in the sample from freezing and causing a blockage in cold ambient temperatures. It includes two 1/4” tubes, one for sample and one for calibration gas. The sample line must be installed and terminated in accordance with the instructions from the sample line manufacturer.
