(3) Basic parameter reading steps (as shown in Figure 4-9 below)
Steps: Select the correct COM port number → switch to the default serial port parameters according to Table 4-1 →
click "Open Serial Port" → click "Search/Read Device" → read successfully. You can read the basic parameters of the
product: "1. Equipment properties".
(If there is an exception, please refer to the exception handling chapter of "The
device cannot be searched by the
configuration software ")

4.2.3 Serial port parameter change write and restore default
(1) Write content of serial port parameters: baud rate, check bit, data bit, stop bit.
(2) This function will only be changed and written when 485 data transparent transmission is turned on to match the
serial port parameters of other products of the user. In other cases, it is recommended that the user does not change the
serial port parameters of this product.
(3) Steps ( as shown in Figure 4-10 below ): Select the correct COM port number and correct (default) parameters →
click "Open Serial Port" (if the parameters have been changed and forgotten, they can be restored to factory settings) →
"Search/Read Device" → Read successfully → Change as required: baud rate, parity bit, data bit, stop bit parameters
→ click "Write" → "Log" column to see a successful prompt → click "Save" → click "Restart" → complete
changes
Next, you can verify → under the newly written serial port parameters → click "close serial port" → click "open
serial port" again → "search/read device" → read successfully, then the settings are changed.
