Power plug not connected to the mains
Power switch not in 'ON' position
Socket has no power
Treadmill fuse blown

Connections base to upper console

Faulty LED driver IC
Running belt tension
Running belt alignment
Insufficient driver torque
Communication Error
Stall: impact protection or motor blocked
Incline motor connection error
Incline motor blocked

Lubrication

CORRECTION
Plug in power cable
Turn power switch to 'On' position
Check AC (mains)
Replace fuse
Check and or replace MCB
Replug all connections
Replace display
Replug all console connections
Replace Display
Adjust running belt tension
Adjust running belt aligment
Adjust torque potentiometer
Check wiring invertor > Console
Replug connectors console
Replug connectors invertor
Replace invertor
Turn motor manually for few rotations,
and check again
Replug all incline motor connections
Restart treadmill
Replace incline motor
Check Grid Current
Install current regulator
Check commercial current
Replace MCB
Replace motor
Check all moving parts (rollers,
bearings, belt...)
Apply lubrication (silicon spray)
Adjust belt tension
Try to remove overspill using dry towel
