Problem
Air bubbles in fluid
Fluid leaking from lower
ports on the equipment
or fluid on the floor.
Equipment suddenly
stops operating or shuts
down.

Cause
Fluid line is loose.
Diaphragm (or backup diaphragm, if
applicable) ruptured.
Loose manifolds.
Damaged seats or seals.
Loose diaphragm shaft fastener.
Loose diaphragm shaft fastener.
Diaphragm rupture. Leak in the
equipment.
Ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI)
tripped.
Poor supply power.
Exceeded operational parameters.
Leak sensor* alert. Leak detected in the
equipment.
The leak sensor* disconnected.
Solution
Tighten.
Replace.
Tighten manifold fasteners or clamps.
Replace seats or seals.
Tighten.
Tighten.
Replace.
Remove controller from the GFCI circuit.
Check connections. Determine and fix
the source of the problem with the
supply power.
See your controller manual for event
codes.
Check the diaphragm for rupture or
incorrect installation. Repair or replace.
Ensure the leak sensor is properly
installed. See your related leak sensor
manual.
