Assignment of the DBBG Work Data Block

If the DBBG work data block does not exist yet, it will be generated by the function
FC ANL_705 with a length of 100 bytes during an initial start or a restart. If the user
generates the DBBG, the bytes from DBB 100 will be available to the user.
