Procedure
1.
Connect the equipment as shown
in
Figure 4-2.
Connect the DUT RF Output to the

MHz-500
MHz
counter
input. Allow
the equipment
to
warm
up for one hour.
The DUT
and the Frequency
Counter use the same frequency standard
to eliminate time
base error from the measurement.
Set the HP 8340B/41B rear
panel
