Closing the rails
Lift the rail up again until the limit stop, locking of the rails is automatic. A "click" sound must be
heard.
Each time you use the trolley, please check that the locks are fulfilling their function: the
patient may fall off the trolley if the rail opens unexpectedly.
ATTENTION: the rail is not properly locked.
NEVER move the trolley by the removable rails (side or head). The rail attachment could
be deteriorated, causing the rail to fail.

Backrest

Some models of the Shado®180, Shado®200 and Shado®240 are equipped with a movable backrest.
This function allows raising the head of the patient up to 45°.
The command of this feature is located behind the head rail.
Before using the backrest function, please make sure that the mattress is properly
installed:
The retaining strap of the head part of
the mattress is installed under the tray.

The buckle is installed on the head rail.
The rail is properly locked: the trolley is safe.
