Keep the Hanger Ball engaged with the Pin with one
hand and tighten the Hanger Ball Set Screw with a
Phillips Head Screwdriver using the other hand
(Figure 14).
Pull up on the Hanger Ball when tightening the Set
Screw.
A loose Set Screw could create Fan wobble.
WARNING
!
It is critical that the pin in the hanger ball is properly
installed and the set screw securely tightened. Failure
to verify that the pin and set screw are properly
installed could result in the fan falling.

The Fan comes with Black and White Wires that are
80-inches long.
Measure up approximately 6 to 9-inches above top of
Hanger Ball/4.5" Downrod Assembly (Figure 15).
Cut off excess Wires and strip back insulation 1/2-inch
from end of Wires using wire strippers.
