The function keys I/II/III are home automation
keys used to operate Programmes setup in the
PC setup software

INSTALLING THE CONTROL PANEL

1. Pull the clip outwards together with pushing
the mounting bracket downwards to detach
it from the rear of the Control Panel.
2. Use the mounting bracket as a template to
mark the position of three fixing holes on the
wall. Drill the holes using a 5mm drill bit.
To complete installing the Control Panel on the
wall as described in the next steps, the Siren's
battery charging must be complete since the
same 12V power supply adaptor is used to
power up the Control Panel. When charged,
remove the power adaptor and refit the Siren's
rear battery cover again.
3. Remove the battery cover from the rear of
the Control Panel.
4. Ensure that the Reset jumper link (P1) and
External Tamper Switch Jumper (P51) are
set in the OFF position
DC Jack
The use of ear defenders are advisable for the
next step just in case the tamper alarm sounds
continuously.
If the tamper alarm of the Control Panel sounds
continuously, reset the alarm by pressing the
following keys on the Control Panel:

'1234'.
