To remove and replace the motherboard

To remove and replace the motherboard
Disconnect the power cable and remove the cover and top plate as described

previously.
Disconnect all the cables from the motherboard (see page 106).

Remove the M3 screws attaching the motherboard to the frame. When installing,

torque to 5 in- lbs.
Loosen the four screws in the large fan as shown below.

Pull the motherboard toward the front panel and then lift out.

To reassemble the motherboard, reverse the above procedure.
