Steel Vapor Pro is equipped with a device for the production of steam; therefore, we kindly ask you to
carefully read what follows. To use such device, it is necessary to press, on the front command panel, the
ON switch (ref. J) of the steam group; this allows the heating of the specific dedicated boiler. Wait about 5
minutes (during which the boiler will reach the ideal operating pressure) until the relative heating light
(ref. L) turns on: when this occurs, the boiler is ready to deliver steam.
To deliver steam: insert the steam wand (ref. K) inside a cup or other container containing the liquid to
be heated or emulsified (i.e. milk) and turn the steam delivery knob (ref. I) counter clockwise until reaching
the correct steam intensity. Once obtained the desired result, turn the same knob (ref. I) clockwise until
stopping completely the steam delivery.
Steel Vapor Pro is equipped with a comfortable and practical induction cup-warmer tray, which reaches
the ideal temperature about 10 minutes after the machines is turned on.
CLEANING OF THE COFFEE GROUP AND STEAM WAND
The coffee group must be cleaned weekly. To do this you must proceed executing a pouring without
pod. Place a cup with suitable capacity under the spout and press the coffee pouring switch (ref. D); after
about 5 seconds the hot water pouring starts. After about two minutes press the pouring switch again to
stop the flow of water.
The steam wand must be cleaned daily, if used. In this regard, insert the steam wand (ref. K) inside
a cup or other container containing exclusively clean water and turn the steam delivery knob (ref. I)
counterclockwise until reaching the maximum steam intensity. After about a minute turn the same knob
again clockwise until completely stopping the steam delivery. Wait for the steam wand to be sufficiently
cool, afterwards proceed with its external cleaning using a soft cloth, wet with hot water. Remove all the
deposits (of milk for example) to prevent the clogging of the steam outlet holes.
During delivery never touch the steam wand and/or hot water nozzle, and do
not approach your face to the hot parts of the machine (burns hazard). The
heating surfaces of the machine are subject to residue heat even after use!

UPPER CUP-WARMER TRAY

Do not touch the upper cup-warmer tray, and do not approach your face
to the hot parts of the machine (burns hazard). The heating surfaces of the
machine are subject to residue heat even after use!
