Risk of scalding! When you begin dispensing a coffee there may be small spurts of hot water. The steam/hot
water arm can become very hot: avoid touching it directly with your hands. Use the special grip to move the arm.
The steam/hot water arm must not be aimed in the direction of other persons or animals. Never expose yourself
to jets of steam or hot water. Always make sure there is enough water in the tank.

DISPENSING HOT WATER

Pull the steam/hot water arm forward using the

grip.
Place the container or cup under the steam/hot

water arm.
Begin dispensing the hot water by turning the

knob in a clockwise direction.
To stop dispensing hot water turn the knob in

an anti-clockwise direction until it is in its resting
position.
After using the steam arm, blast some air through
it for a few seconds to prevent blockages and the
formation of residues.

DISPENSING STEAM

Turn the knob anti-clockwise so it is on the
steam symbol, leaving the steam arm in its rest-
ing position: there will be an initial flow of water
that finishes directly in the drawer.
When the steam becomes heavier interrupt the
flow by returning the knob to a central position.
Bring the steam arm forward and place the con-
tainer or cup under the steam arm

End the flow of steam by turning the knob clock-
wise until it is in its resting position.
