Description

The Keithley Instruments 2601B-PULSE-CA1 50 Ω BNC-to-BNC Cable Kit is a set of four
1.2 m BNC-to-BNC cables.
Two of these cables are jumpered to reduce loop inductance and are intended for making the FORCE HI and
LO connections for a 4-wire measurement. The jumpered end is intended for connection to the device under
test (DUT).
The other two cables are intended for making the SENSE HI and LO connections.
This cable kit is intended for use with the Model 2601B-PULSE System SourceMeter
2601B-P-INT Interlock and Cable Connector Box installed.
