Description

The Keithley Instruments 2601B-PULSE-CA3 BNC-to-BNC Cable Kit includes two 3.0 m 15 Ω low-inductance
cables. The 2601B-PULSE-CA3 is intended to make the FORCE HI and LO connections for a 4-wire
measurement. On the end intended for connection to the device under test (DUT), the shields are jumpered to
reduce loop inductance.
The SENSE HI and SENSE LO connections are made using the 2601B-PULSE-CA2 BNC-to-BNC Coaxial
Cables (sold separately).
This cable kit is intended for use with the Model 2601B-PULSE System SourceMeter
2601B-P-INT Interlock and Cable Connector Box installed.
