CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife
(7) are very sharp and may be dangerous.
Handle the chopping knife (7) very carefully!
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Remove the attachments. Use a slightly
damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and
the gears (5, 8), then wipe them dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasives for clean-
•
ing the appliance.
After processing salty or sour foods, it is
•
necessary to rinse the blender attachment
(1) or the chopping knife (7) with water
immediately.
While processing foods with strong dyeing
•
properties (for instance, carrot or beet-
root) the attachments and bowls can get
colored, wipe the attachments and the
bowls with a cloth dampened in vegetable
oil; after that wash the attachments and
bowls with a neutral detergent.
Wash the attachments that contacted
•
foods with warm water and a neutral deter-
gent and dry them thoroughly after use.
The whisk attachment (9) should be rinsed
completely, while the blender attachment
(1) and attachment (10) should only be
rinsed at the bottom.

400 g Let the potatoes cool down and pro-
cess them with the attachment. You
can make mashed potatoes in the
same container you boiled the pota-
toes in.
50 g Cut some stale bread and put it into
the chopper bowl, chop to the desired
consistency.
100 g Cut the cheese into cubes of ap-
proximately 1 x 1 cm and place it in the
bowl, grind to the desired consistency.
450 g Cut meat into small cubes and put it
into the bowl, chop to the desired con-
sistency.
200 g Shell nuts, put them into the bowl and
chop to the desired consistency.
• The chopper bowl (6), knife (7) and whisk
attachment (9) can be washed in the dish-
washer, in the upper basket and at a tem-
perature not exceeding 30-40 °C. Place bowl
(6) upside down.
• Do not immerse the motor unit (2) and the
gears (5, 8) into any liquids, do not wash them
under water jet or in a dishwashing machine.
STORAGE
Clean and dry the appliance thoroughly

before taking it away for long storage.
Do not wind the power cord around the
•
motor unit (2).
Keep the blender set in a dry cool place out
•
of reach of children and disabled persons.
