Useful tips for making a video call are shown below:

Procedure
1 Press the MENU key and select Contacts, or press the
Up or Down key.
2 Search and select the addressee's phone number/email
address.
3 Press the SK1 (Vid. call) key to dial the phone number/
email address.
If for some reason you miss a call, it will be indicated as a
missed call by an icon on the Home screen. When you
display Missed calls, or turn the power off, the icon
disappears.
1 Press the Right key to display Missed calls.
2 Search and select the addressee's phone number/email
address.
3 Press the SK1 (Vid. call) key to dial the phone number/
email address.
1 Press the Left key to display Incoming calls.
2 Search and select the addressee's phone number/email
address.
3 Press the SK1 (Vid. call) key to dial the phone number.
1 Press the End key, or press the Options menu key and
select Ignore.
