• You have carried out a manual or automatic calibration (validation/calibration) for all
connected gas analyzers so that the predictive maintenance can be calculated.
Procedure
1. Fasten the PLC and COM module to the mounting rail.
2. Fasten the power supply to the mounting rail.
3. Fasten the SIMATIC HMI.
4. Connect your computer and SIMATIC HMI to the PLC via an Ethernet cable.
5. Connect the power supply for the PLC and SIMATIC HMI.
6. Connect the SIPROCESS GA700 to the PLC via an Ethernet cable.
In the case of several SIPROCESS GA700 gas analyzers, use a switch.
