The Support Bundle is a binary file and is encoded due to the proprietary nature of some of the
content. The MDS Technical Services team is able to decode the file. The file can be downloaded
using the standard file transfer techniques used for firmware, configuration files, and event logs.
NOTE:
These support bundles are the same as if exporting an Event Log named
Event Log Menu see "Event Log Menu" on Page 71. This gives the user the opportunity to name
the log for ease of identifying the radio.
