Description
No Authentication – Immediate access is granted to the modem.
Local Authentication – A valid set of credentials, defined in the
Local User data base, is required before access is granted.
Radius Authentication – A valid set of credentials, defined in the
Radius User data base, is required before access is granted.
Raw is the type of telnet socket used to access the shared modem.
Pool, TCP port 6000. All POTS modem ports set for pool must
have the same exact Modem Sharing option.
Non-pool, TCP port is a specific 7000+ number, sequentially
associated. POTS modem 1 will use 7000, POTS modem 2 will
use 7001 and so on through POTS modem 8 using 7007.
Alphabetical
The Country Code configures the modem for the country that it is
operating in.
Numeric
The number of rings before the modem answers is defaulted to two
rings. You can change the number of rings from zero to 255 rings.
On/off
This enables or disables the Caller ID output from the modem.
